  • 2.62 kg Belgian Pils

    Belgian Pils

    Pilsner style malted barley grain.

  • 0.41 kg Crystal Malt 20°L

    Crystal Malt 20°L

    Sweet, mild caramel flavor and a golden color. Use in light lagers and light ales.

  • 0.35 kg Weyermann CaraMunich® I; Weyermann

    Weyermann CaraMunich® I; Weyermann

    Provides body. For Oktoberfest, bock, porter, stout, red, amber and brown ales.

  • 0.26 kg Candi Sugar Dark

    Candi Sugar Dark

    Smooth taste, good head retention, sweet aroma and high gravity without being apparent. Use in Belgian and holiday ales. Use clear for tripels, amber for dubbels, and dark is used in brown beer and strong golden ales.

  • 27 g Saaz - 5.0 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min
