MacTarnahan's Amber Ale
American Amber Ale • All Grain • 6 gal
Real nice beer with slight smokeyness and the right amount of crystal. Not really to style but a real nice party beer. Let ut age longer than usual too. Brew it for St Patties Day! Your friends will be glad you did! :)

Just brewed this beer and it came out great! (drinkin one right now) :) Anyways, Mash at 153 for 60 minutes single step. I did a batch sparge on this one. Ferment with 1056 2 liter starter for 2 weeks then keg or bottle. Let it condition for at least 4 weeks before trying. (the longer the better) I kegged mine and at 6 weeks it is clear and very nice. And at 6% abv, be careful! LOL! Enjoy
