  • 0.10 lbs American Chocolate Malt

    Use in all types to adjust color and add nutty, toasted flavor. Chocolate flavor.

  • 2.50 lbs German 2-row Pils

    German 2-row Pils

  • 0.25 lbs Belgian Cara-Pils

    Belgian Cara-Pils

    Significantly increases foam/head retention and body of the beer.

  • 1.25 oz Czech Saaz - 7.8 AA% whole; boiled 60 min

    Very mild. 'Noble'.

  • 0.50 oz Czech Saaz - 3.4 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min

A little bitter, nutty, malty

I brew this one all the time. Very easy to make, never fails to produce a very good brew. Use good German Alt yeast and lager as well.
