  • 1.0 oz Cascade - 8.8 AA% whole; boiled 60 min

Notes

Heat 3gals. to 180f. add grains, stabalize @ 154f. for 1hr. Iodine test for starch conversion. Heat 5gals. to 170f. sparge for 1hr. to collect 6-6.5gals. Boil fot 1hr. Add hops,gypsum irish moss accordingly. First hop addition is cenetial hops @8.8alpha
