Pretty good

This was pretty tasty, but the special malts could be more targeted. Next time lets try more "bready," maybe just pils with some biscuit or aromatic and a touch of munich. Maybe remove the cara malt, too. Quantity of special malts was good. Color was a slightly darker pilsner, flavor light. See my Helles #2
