  • 16 lbs German 2-row Pils

    German 2-row Pils

  • 1 lbs German Light Munich

    German Light Munich

    For a desired malty, nutty flavor. Lagers, Oktoberfests and bock beer.

  • 1 lbs Belgian Cara-Pils

    Belgian Cara-Pils

    Significantly increases foam/head retention and body of the beer.

  • .5 lbs Belgian Caramunich

    Belgian Caramunich

    Caramel, full flavor, copper color. For Belgian ales, German smoked and bocks.

  • .5 lbs Belgian Caravienne

    Belgian Caravienne

    Belgian light crystal malt. Used in lighter Abbey or Trappist style ales.

  • 1 lbs Corn Flaked (Maize)

    Corn Flaked (Maize)

    Generally a neutral flavor, used to reduce maltiness of beer. Produces beer with a milder, less malty flavor. Uses: Primarily for light Bohemian and Pilsner lagers.

  • 1 oz Styrian Goldings - 9.0 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Mild, pleasant.

  • 1 oz Hallertauer Tradition - 5.8 AA% whole; boiled 60 min
