Deceptively dark! Looks literally BLACK but tastes light and crisp. I suggest using some de-bittered black malt next time. Steady cool ferment is the key!

  • 7 lbs American 2-row

    Body and Richness. Distictive Nutty flavor and or sweet, smooth caramel flavor and a red to deep red color. For porters, old ales.

  • .66 lbs Belgian Black Roast

    Adds a heavy roast flavor and dark color.

  • .33 lbs Roasted Barley

    Roasted Barley

    Sweet, grainy, coffee flavor and a red to deep brown color. For porters and stouts.

  • .5 lbs American Munich
