Brewed a month ago... can't believe it's been about 5 weeks and it's still going. Started at 1060. As of last night, it's sitting just above 1008. Come on... hurry up and finish! Samples taste awesome though.

Bottled 4/1/09. 7 weeks in the primary. FG = 1006. Strong alcohol taste, but should mellow out in about 3 months. Pretty damn nice.

Turned out pretty blooody lovely. A bit too heavy maybe for a Saison, but I've only tasted a couple in the past. Very happy with the outcome
