A pilsner yeast from the Weihenstephen. Ferments clean and malty, with rich residual maltiness in full gravity pilsners.
Notes
20 Min rest at 140 F. Decoction mash to 152 F for 45 min rest. 170 F mash out. Primary ferment at 50 F Lager at 35 as long as you stand it. I will be drinking it by Christmas.
