  • 5.00 lbs English 2-row Pale

    English 2-row Pale

    All English Ales. Workhorse of British Brewing. Infusion Mash.

  • 0.15 lbs Munich Malt

    Munich Malt

    Sweet, toasted flavor and aroma. For Oktoberfests and malty styles

  • 0.43 lbs Crystal Malt 60°L

    Crystal Malt 60°L

    Sweet caramel flavor, deep golden to red color. For dark amber and brown ales.

  • 0.18 lbs American Chocolate Malt

    American Chocolate Malt

    Use in all types to adjust color and add nutty, toasted flavor. Chocolate flavor.

  • 0.15 lbs American Victory

    American Victory

    Provides a deep golden to brown color. Use in nut brown ales, IPAs and Scottish ales.

  • 1.92 lbs Corn Flaked (Maize)

    Corn Flaked (Maize)

    Generally a neutral flavor, used to reduce maltiness of beer. Produces beer with a milder, less malty flavor. Uses: Primarily for light Bohemian and Pilsner lagers.
