Perle - 6.2 AA% pellets; boiled 70 min
Perle
Used mainly for its minty bittering and good green hop aromas in all non-pilsener lagersand wheats. Aroma is pleasant and slightly spicy
- .5 oz
Crystal - 3.8 AA% pellets; boiled 20 min
Crystal
Mild. 'Noble'. Used mainly for its aroma which is mild and pleasant.

Wyeast 2206 Bavarian Lager
Used by many German breweries to produce rich, full-bodied, malty beers. Good choice for Bocks and Dopplebocks.
Notes
Brewed 10/29/08. Mash at 150 for 90 minutes. Changed mill gap from .045 to .040. Calc eff at 81%. Stuck sparge. O.G. 1.060. Over pitched yeast by accident. Into secondary 11/14/08. Into keg 12/12/08, at 1.015.

This turned out pretty nice. It needed to dry out more, though, because it finished at 1.015. This is because my efficiencies overshot and it started at 1.060. Next time lower the grain bill to get proper starting gravity. Could lower mash temp too. This would be a good beer if it finished at 1.008.
