Imperial IPA • All Grain • 5 gal
Based off informaiton given by Stone Brewery. Hops had to be tweaked because of limitations. Also included a 2 oz. Warrior dry hop.

Yields a slightly higher extract than Six Rox brewers Malt. Tends to give a smoother, less grainy flavored beer. Some brewers claim they can detect a significant difference in flavor. Lower protein and will yield a lower color than Six-Row Brewers Malt

Provides a deep golden to brown color. Use in nut brown ales, IPAs and Scottish ales.

Simcoe® - 13.0 AA% whole; boiled 75 min
Simcoe®
Used for aromatic, and especially bittering properties.

Chinook - 13.0 AA% whole; boiled 15 min
Chinook
Spicy, Medium to Heavy.Very strong bittering ability used in all American ales and lagers. Aroma is very floral.

Crystal - 3.2 AA% whole; boiled 5 min

Mild. 'Noble'. Used mainly for its aroma which is mild and pleasant.

From Northern California. This strain is more fruity than WLP001, and slightly more flocculant. Attenuation is lower, resulting in a fuller bodied beer than with WLP001.
