All English Ales. Workhorse of British Brewing. Infusion Mash.

Belgian Biscuit

Warm baked biscuit flavor and aroma. Increases body. Use in Belgian beers.

English Wheat Malt
English Wheat Malt
Light flavor, creamy head. For wheat beers, stouts, doppelbocks and alt beers.
- 1 oz
East Kent Goldings - 4.8 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

Wyeast 1056 American Ale™
Used commercially for several classic American ales. This strain ferments dry, finishes soft, smooth and dean, and is very well balanced.
Notes
Add 29 oz. canned pure pumpkin to mash. Mash as normal. Add 1.5 teaspoons pumpkin spice to hop bag with 10 minutes remaining.
