  • 8 lbs Belgian Pils

    Belgian Pils

    Pilsner style malted barley grain.

  • .5 lbs Belgian Munich

    Belgian Munich

    Used to increase malt aroma and body with slightly more color.

  • .25 lbs Belgian Aromatic

    Belgian Aromatic

    Imparts a big malt aroma. Use in brown ales, Belgian dubbels and tripels.

  • .0625 lbs Belgian Special B

    Belgian Special B

  • 5 lbs American 2-row

    American 2-row

    Yields a slightly higher extract than Six Rox brewers Malt. Tends to give a smoother, less grainy flavored beer. Some brewers claim they can detect a significant difference in flavor. Lower protein and will yield a lower color than Six-Row Brewers Malt

  • 1.5 lbs Invert Sugar

    Invert Sugar

    Increases alcohol. Use in some Belgian or English ales. Made from sucrose & is 5-10% less fermentable than sucrose. Does not contain dextrins.

Very Drinkable, Slight alcohol warm at the end

Brewed this in Sept 08 and just finished the last bottle on 1/3/09: from a month after bottling to the end it maintained its character. The SG's were 1.07 and 1.015. I brought a few bottle to a Christmas party and some of my co-workers commented on how they liked it because it was sweet (17 IBU's, predicted).
