Ingredients (All Grain5 gal)

  • 3 lbs American 6-row Pale

    American 6-row Pale

    Tends to increase lautering efficiency due to a stiffer husk. May be used as the base malt for any beer style. The enzymes in all varieties of the current crop are sufficient to support high percentages of specialty malts and adjuncts.

  • 3 lbs American Vienna

    American Vienna

    Increases malty flavor, provides balance. Use in Vienna, Märzen and Oktoberfest.

  • 2.5 lbs Corn Flaked (Maize)

    Corn Flaked (Maize)

    Generally a neutral flavor, used to reduce maltiness of beer. Produces beer with a milder, less malty flavor. Uses: Primarily for light Bohemian and Pilsner lagers.

  • .5 oz Brewers Gold - 9.0 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Sibling of and similar to Bullion only maturing earlier and more disease resistant. English/wild Canadian cross. Pungent English character. very poor

This is a great beer.. I am pretty new to homebrew and i love this beer.. thanks to my family, i just got a kegging system for christmas and this will be the first brew in the tank.. i might add use a different yeast.. have you?
