  • 12 lbs Australian Traditional Ale

    Well modified, full flavour.

  • 10 lbs Australian Wheat Malt

    Australian Wheat Malt

    Malted wheat for use in Wheat beers.

  • 3 lbs Weyermann CaraRed®; Weyermann

    Weyermann CaraRed®; Weyermann

    Red Ale, Red Lager, Scottish Ale, Amber Wheat, Bock Beer, Brown Ale, Alt Beer

  • 1/2 lbs Crystal Malt 120°L

    Crystal Malt 120°L

    Pronounced caramel flavor and a red color. For stouts, porters and black beers.

  • 1/4 lbs Weyermann Carafa® III; Weyermann

    Weyermann Carafa® III; Weyermann

    Carafa I, II and III also are available de-husked. Adds aroma, color and body.

  • 1 oz Sticklebract - 11.5 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Pine-like Aroma with a hint of citrus.

  • White Labs WLP009 Australian Ale

    White Labs WLP009 Australian Ale

    Produces a clean, malty beer. Pleasant ester character, can be described as "bready". Can ferment successfully, and clean, at higher temperatures. This yeast combines good flocculation with good attenuation.
