Notes

Local brewery, Bristol, makes a real nice American Pale Ale, thought I'd wing it. Had all kinds of issues with efficiency for some reason. Started with 7 gallons of water instead of 6.6, then I boiled about 30 minutes before starting the hop schedule. SG was about 1.044 with final volume a lot higher than I planned for. Kegged with .75 oz oak chips, hops, 1 cup corn sugar. conditioned at 52-54F. sampled after 5 days, still cloudy, but good. Color a lot lighter than wanted, also gravity a lot lighter than origionally wanted.
