  • .5 kg Golden Naked Oats

    Golden Naked Oats

    Huskless oat crystal malt. Exotic ingredient for subtle nutty difference. This malt lends a sweet berry-nut flavor. Use at a rate of 4-15% of the total grist to deliver a deep golden hue with light caramel flavors as well as a creamy, satin finish.

  • 10 g Saaz - 5.0 AA% pellets; boiled 90 min

    Large clove and phenolic aroma and flavor, with minimal banana. Refreshing citrus and apricot notes. Crisp, drinkable hefeweizen. Less flocculent than WLP300, and sulfur production is higher.

Notes

Keep temperature above 22 degrees C but below 28. make sure temp does not vary more than 1 degree per day. The warmer the beer the more phenols.
