I just kegged it 6/30/08.

Fermentation went as planned. The wort fell clear and golden brown. JUst kegged. I will report on overall characteristics after two weeks in the refrigerator. 12/8/2008 I have been drinking this batch and it's very good. So good that I have to make another batch.

Out of 8 Pales presented at our brewer's guild meeting, this was the run away favorite. It is the beer that I brew for my own daily consumption.

-mikfir- Just wanted to say thanks for this recipe. I did an amped up version (7.4% ABV) using homegrown hops and Wyeast 1272. It's light and crisp, with that hint of rye, and a slight fruitiness (maybe due to the 1272?). Anyway, I'm really pleased with it and want to try it again, great work. Cheers.
