Crazy

This thing looks crazy. Probably pretty tasty, but sure does have a lot going on... Definitely not a Dark American Lager though ;) More like a Russian Imperial Stout or a Belgian Dark Strong... with less alcohol. Also you're going to have a really high finishing gravity with this one. Maybe that's what you're going for, but with 1 lb of crystal malt and 1.5 lbs of lactose it's going to finish really sweet, probably around 1.027 or higher.
Not so crazy, just eccentric

That was kind of the idea- a cross between a dark bok style lager, and a porter/ stout. I 've been rethinking the lactose quantity too, and will probably reduce it before I actully brew this- I'm trying to figure out exactly where I want to go before brewing. Thnks for the comment, though.
