It's been in secondary now for 4 days with 1 oz of columbus. super nice aroma. I'm about to crash it out for a week and keg.

This will be a normal resident in the keg-o-rater

I'll have to make sure this is a normal reaident in the keg-o-rater. 10 gallon batches will have to be made of this one. Without a doubt one of the best i've made. Give it a try and let me know what you think.

Round #2

2008-08-11 8:45am

I used Galena as a bittering hop this time. I was out of Columbus. This was just as good. I did have columbus later to dry hop. It has been in the keg for 3 weeks and it is really good. Nice IPA.
