Brewed outside for the first time with newly purchased turkey frying kit. Pitched yeast, waiting for the "barm". 5/25/08

A nice CO2 pop when opened. Delivered a 3/4 inch head with a noticable cascade aroma. Sweet up front finishing with a nice but not over powering hop finish. Not finding any smokeyness as of yet maybe with a little time. Overall a nice beer well worth its time to brew.
Should have made a 5 gallon batch

Starting to pick up a slight smokey aroma, will probably double the smoked grains next time. This one goes in the we will make this again file. Nice malt sweetness up front balanced with a hop finish. All in all a very nice beer.
