    British Crystal 55°L

    Sweet caramel flavor, adds mouthfeel and head retention. For pale or amber ales.

  • 0.17 lbs Crystal Malt 80°L

    Crystal Malt 80°L

    Body and Richness. Distictive Nutty flavor and or sweet, smooth caramel flavor and a red to deep red color. For porters, old ales.

  • 0.5 oz Columbus - 15.0 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Columbus

    Used mainly for bittering with some flavor qualities as well. Aroma is pleasant.

  • 0.25 oz Simcoe® - 13.0 AA% pellets; boiled 1 min

    Simcoe®

    Used for aromatic, and especially bittering properties.

  • 0.25 oz Crystal - 3.2 AA% pellets; boiled 1 min

    Mild. 'Noble'. Used mainly for its aroma which is mild and pleasant.
