This is in primary right now. The yeast used was Wyeast 2565 Kolsch. I will bring 2nd fermentation down to 60-65 for around 14 days.

This came out quite nice. The Kolsch yeast stran gave a very nice flavor to the beer. Only thing I would change would be use more of the M.W. wheat malt and less Am. 2-row to balance out the flavor more
