  • 8.50 lbs Belgian Pils

    Belgian Pils

    Pilsner style malted barley grain.

  • 0.76 lbs Belgian Munich

    Belgian Munich

    Used to increase malt aroma and body with slightly more color.

  • 0.54 lbs Belgian Aromatic

    Belgian Aromatic

    Imparts a big malt aroma. Use in brown ales, Belgian dubbels and tripels.

  • 0.42 lbs Belgian Cara-Pils

    Belgian Cara-Pils

    Significantly increases foam/head retention and body of the beer.

  • 1.35 lbs Honey

    Honey

    Imparts sweet and dry taste. For honey and brown ales. Also: specialty ales.

  • 0.72 lbs Wheat Flaked

    Wheat Flaked

    Belgian White Ale(wit), other specialty beers.

  • 0.6 oz Chinook - 13.0 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

Turned out a little on the sweet side. Needed a little more bitter and crispness. Aged out over 3 or 4 months and tasted a little better in the latter months.
