  • 0.4 kg German Wheat Malt Light

Typical top fermented aroma, produces superb wheat beers.

  • 0.1 kg British Crystal 55°L

    British Crystal 55°L

Sweet caramel flavor, adds mouthfeel and head retention. For pale or amber ales.

  • 1 kg Australian Pilsner

    Australian Pilsner

    Well modified, good attenuation.

  • 1 kg White Table Sugar (Sucrose)

    White Table Sugar (Sucrose)

Common household table/baking sugar. Lightens flavor and body of beer. Can contribute a cider-like flavor to the beer if not cold-fermented or used in large quantities.

  • 60 g Cluster - 5.0 AA% whole; boiled 60 min

    Cluster

Used for bittering and flavor qualities in light and dark American lagers. Aroma is very floral.

  • White Labs WLP009 Australian Ale

    White Labs WLP009 Australian Ale

Produces a clean, malty beer. Pleasant ester character, can be described as "bready". Can ferment successfully, and clean, at higher temperatures. This yeast combines good flocculation with good attenuation.

This is a good one. Not a dead ringer for CPA, but pretty darned close and a real easy drinking ale.
