Notes

I have designed this beer around the birth weight of my first son "Jimmy", a healthy 3.480kg. All amounts are divisible by this amount, even the hops @ 69.6% EBU Fuggles etc. I cannot tell you how good it is as it will take over a year to ferment completely out in 2 gal glass carboys, at which time i shall krausen at 1/2tsp yeast creamed into the bulk and 1/2 tsp sugar per pint. This beer is designed to be ready in 5 years for the first taste and I am hoping that I will be drinking a few bottles with my son on his 21st birthday. If you can wait till then for me to let you all know how it turned out, use a champagne yeast if necessary to ferment at secondary quicker and then let me know how good it is!!!!!
