    Increases malty flavor, provides balance. Use in Vienna, Märzen and Oktoberfest.

  • .5 lbs American Caramel 10°L

    American Caramel 10°L

    This malt is light in color with a sweet caramel flavor. It is a great malt for light lagers and ales.

  • .25 lbs Midwest Wheat Malt

    Midwest Wheat Malt

    Light flavor and creamy head. For American weizenbier, weissbier and dunkelweiss.

Brewed 3/19/08. Mash at 152. Batch sparge at 158. Efficiency 68%. Pitched reused yeast before warming it up completly. S.G. 1.058. Into the secondary at 1.010. 1.010 final gravity after 3 weeks. In the bottle 4/9/08.

Finished too low

Next time mash at 154 or 155. Finished at 1.010, this time. This beer turned out very delicous. Brew again.
