Notes
Mash at 154F for 60 minutes. Boil 60 minutes. Ferment at 67F.

Brewed 3/11/08. Everything went great. Hit projected gravity, used hopback with 1 oz. leaf and 1 oz. pellets. Forgot to add whirlfloc :( #54

Well, I guess I didn't clean my carboy well enough, I ended up with a slight contamination in this batch. I'll have to brew it again soon. Stay tuned for batch #2!
