Brewed 2/23/08

Forgot to add this to the library when I brewed it, so here it is. A very to-style American Brown Ale. Was a nice brew session, hit mash temp and gravity just right the first try. OG = 1.050 #52

Kegged 3/5/08

Kegged it tonight. Tastes nice, it's really interesting and I have trouble picking apart the different flavors. It's a pretty unique flavor and unlike anything I've brewed or tasted before. I'm pretty sure the unique character comes from the blend of chocolate malt and Amarillo hops. It's a very drinkable beer, and hopefully tastes the way the style is supposed to ;)

Interesting

I did a Mango Imperial stout once, this sounds up my alley. Interesting mix as you mentioned w/ chocolate malt and amarillo. I would be interesting possibly brewing this.
