Drier than I planned

2008-03-21 2:13pm

I had an issue with my yeast starter not taking off, so I had to dump 2 vials of Edinburgh yeast into the primary. This being said, the beer was not as malty as it would have been if I had used the English ALe yeast as planned. All and all a very good beer.
