  • 3.3 lbs Weyermann Carafa® II; Weyermann

    Weyermann Carafa® II; Weyermann

    Carafa I, II and III also are available de-husked. Adds aroma, color and body.

  • 1 lbs British Black Patent

    British Black Patent

    Dry, burnt, chalky character. Use in porters, stouts, brown ales and dark lagers.

  • 4 oz Perle - 7.5 AA% pellets; boiled 90 min

    Used mainly for its minty bittering and good green hop aromas in all non-pilsener lagersand wheats. Aroma is pleasant and slightly spicy
