Hallertau - 4.5 AA% whole; boiled 60 min
Hallertau
Good for all around bittering and finishing stock ales, Belgian ales, and continental style lagers. Aroma is mild, pleasant and flowery.

Saaz - 2.3 AA% whole; boiled 15 min

Step mashed: 122 degF for 10 min, 150 degF for 60 min. Primary @ 62 degF for 2 weeks. Secondary @ 34 degF for 2 weeks.
