Brewed 1/22/08

Brewed this last night. Used this as a test to see how quickly I could brew a batch on a weeknight after work. I started at 6PM and finished at 10PM. Not too shabby. OG = 1.040 #41

Kegged 1/29/08

Kegged it tonight. Turned out nice, has a rich caramel flavor with some biscuit/bready notes. No bitterness, no hop character. Just a nice malty beer with very low alcohol. It's a little watery right now but I'm sure carbonation will fix this.
