  • 25 lbs English 2-row Pale

    English 2-row Pale

    All English Ales. Workhorse of British Brewing. Infusion Mash.

  • 1 lbs Belgian Biscuit

    Belgian Biscuit

    Warm baked biscuit flavor and aroma. Increases body. Use in Belgian beers.

  • .75 lbs American Caramel 10°L

    American Caramel 10°L

    This malt is light in color with a sweet caramel flavor. It is a great malt for light lagers and ales.

  • .5 oz Warrior® - 16.0 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Warrior®

    New hop with much potential. Very stable.

  • .5 oz Warrior® - 16.0 AA% pellets; boiled 50 min

    Warrior®

    New hop with much potential. Very stable.

  • .5 oz Warrior® - 16.0 AA% whole; boiled 40 min
