    All English Ales. Workhorse of British Brewing. Infusion Mash.

  • 0.10 lbs Crystal Malt 80°L

    Crystal Malt 80°L

    Body and Richness. Distictive Nutty flavor and or sweet, smooth caramel flavor and a red to deep red color. For porters, old ales.

  • 0.50 lbs Crystal Malt 10°L

    Crystal Malt 10°L

    Sweet, mild caramel flavor and a golden color. Use in light lagers and light ales. Characteristics & Applications: • In contract to Brewers Malt, glassiness is a distinguishing characteristic of Caramel Malt. Ingredients picked out by my son when he was 10. He enjoyed the feedback fromt he adults and looks forward to designing a new beer!
