Nice wheat beer. Good base recipe to experiment further from.

Brewed this recipe using WB-06 dry wheat yeast. Used step infusion mash with acid (30min), protein (60min) and sach(30min) rests. Turned out unbelievably clear for a wheat. Ready after just 3 days primary 1 week secondary and 4 days cold conditioning. Nice easy drinking wheat. If I was to brew it again I would up the hop rate just a fraction for my taste.
