  • 3.51 lbs English Wheat Malt

    Light flavor, creamy head. For wheat beers, stouts, doppelbocks and alt beers.

  • 0.65 lbs Belgian Cara-Pils

    Belgian Cara-Pils

    Significantly increases foam/head retention and body of the beer.

  • 1.19 lbs Barley Flaked

    Barley Flaked

    Helps head retention, imparts creamy smoothness. For porters and stouts.

  • 1.26 lbs Dark Brown Sugar

    Dark Brown Sugar

    Imparts rich, sweet flavor. Use in Scottish ales, old ales and holiday beers.

  • 2.5 oz Fuggle - 4.8 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

add 3 can pumpkin to mash i like ti bake one until carmalized mash at 155 for 90 mins

I made this pumpkin ale last year my friend want it for ower Halloween party so i made it again this aug and wow it is a very good pumpkin ale

you have to use 3 12 oz cans it more condenced so more flavor

can pumpkin is condence pumpkin work fine i like it better then fresh it more consistant and it will not hurt the yeast
