Ingredients (All Grain5 gal)

  • 10 lbs Belgian Pils

    Belgian Pils

    Pilsner style malted barley grain.

  • 1.0 lbs White Wheat Malt

    White Wheat Malt

    Weizens. Improves head retention in all beers. Contributes spicy flavor. Protein rest required.

  • 1.25 oz Hallertau - 4.2 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Hallertau

    Good for all around bittering and finishing stock ales, Belgian ales, and continental style lagers. Aroma is mild, pleasant and flowery.

  • 1 oz Tettnanger - 3.8 AA% whole; boiled 10 min

    Tettnanger

    Mild, slightly spicy. 'Noble'.

  • White Labs WLP036 Dusseldorf Alt

    White Labs WLP036 Dusseldorf Alt

    Traditional Alt yeast from Dusseldorf, Germany. Produces clean, slightly sweet alt beers. Does not accentuate hop flavor as WLP029 does.
