kitchen sink ipa
American IPA • All Grain • 5 gal
mash this in 4 gallons @ 154 F. Sparge @ 180 F with 3 3/4 gallons. I seperated the Chinook hop additions by about 20 minutes to try and smooth out the bitterness a bit. It's so well balanced in malt flavors, but still a strong hop flavor, my favorite kind of ipa.

Sweet, mild caramel flavor and a golden color. Use in light lagers and light ales.
