  • 9 lbs English 2-row Pale

    English 2-row Pale

    All English Ales. Workhorse of British Brewing. Infusion Mash.

  • .25 lbs Honey Malt

    Honey Malt

    Nutty honey flavor. For brown ales, Belgian wheats, bocks and many other styles.

  • 0.5 lbs Crystal Malt 80°L

    Crystal Malt 80°L

    Body and Richness. Distictive Nutty flavor and or sweet, smooth caramel flavor and a red to deep red color. For porters, old ales.

  • .25 lbs Melanoidin Malt

    Melanoidin Malt

    Red Ales

  • 1.5 oz East Kent Goldings - 5.0 AA% whole; boiled 60 min

    East Kent Goldings

    Mild, slightly flowery.

  • 1 oz First Gold - 7.5 AA% whole; boiled 20 min

    First commercial dwarf hop designed for aroma consideration in England, a very promising hop.

  • 1 oz Fuggle - 4.8 AA% whole; boiled 2 min

    Mild. Mainly used for finishing and dry hopping especially pale ales, porters, and stouts. Aroma is mild and pleasant, spicy, and soft.
