Ingredients (All Grain5 gal)

  • 5.13 lbs English 2-row Lager

    English 2-row Lager

  • 5.12 lbs Moravian Well-Modified Pale

    Moravian Well-Modified Pale

    Suitable for ales or lagers. It can be used with a single temperature infusion mash schedule.

  • 0.25 lbs Toasted Pale Malt

    Toasted Pale Malt

    Imparts nutty flavor and aroma. Use in IPAs and Scottish ales.

  • 0.23 lbs British Dark Crystal

    British Dark Crystal

    Sweet caramel flavor, mouthfeel. For porters, stouts, old ales and any dark ale.

  • 0.69 lbs Malto Dextrin

    Malto Dextrin

    Adds body and mouthfeel. For all extract beers. Does not ferment.

  • 1.2 oz Brewers Gold - 9.0 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Sibling of and similar to Bullion only maturing earlier and more disease resistant. English/wild Canadian cross. Pungent English character. very poor

  • 0.50 oz Huller Bitterer - 5.8 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min

    Spicy with citrus notes. Slightly grapefruity.

    From Whitbread. Ferments dry and crisp, slightly tart, fruity and well-balanced. Ferments well down to 65F.
