Ingredients (Extract5 gal)

  • 1 lbs American Caramel 40°L

    Provides color, a unique flavor, body, and contributes to foam retention and beer stability.

  • 6 lbs Dry Light Extract

    Dry Light Extract

    White color, mild flavor. Will produce lagers and Pilseners and can also be used to produce darker beers when used in conjunction with colored malts. Made of pale malt.

  • 1 oz Cascade - 6.1 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Spicy with citrus notes. Slightly grapefruity.

  • .50 oz Saaz - 3.6 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min

    Saaz

    Used for finishing pilseners, continental lagers, and wheats. The aroma is spicy and pleasant with fragrant overtones.

  • .50 oz Tettnanger - 4.7 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min

    Mild, slightly spicy. 'Noble'.
