Ingredients (Extract6 gal)

  • 11/16 lbs Crystal Malt 40°L

    Crystal Malt 40°L

    Sweet, mild caramel flavor and a golden color. Use in light lagers and light ales.

  • 3 5/8 lbs Pale Liquid; Alexanders

    Pale Liquid; Alexanders

    Reportedly lightest colored malt extract available.

  • 3 5/8 lbs Dry Extra Light Extract

    Dry Extra Light Extract

    For making very pale ales and lagers.

  • 1 1/4 oz Goldings - 5.0 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Goldings

    Mild. Slightly flowery.

  • 1 1/2 oz Saaz - 3.5 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min

    Saaz

    Used for finishing pilseners, continental lagers, and wheats. The aroma is spicy and pleasant with fragrant overtones.

  • Wyeast 1272 American Ale II™

    Wyeast 1272 American Ale II™

    Fruitier and more flocculant than 1056, slightly nutty, soft, clean, slightly tart finish.
