160 degree water added to grain in 5 gal mash tun resulted in 152 degree mash temp. Mashed 60 min, sparged with 2 gallons of 170 degree water repeated with another 2 gallons.

This sounds like a good all grain APA. I may give this a try. If I brew this, I will come back and give you a rating (adding to favorites so I don't forget). I have two other brews ahead of this one in the schedule, but I love a good pale. With all the Cascade hops in the schedule, you should have called it the "Cascading APA". Keep the brews going, Hawk
