  • 10 1/2 lbs Belgian Pils

    Belgian Pils

    Pilsner style malted barley grain.

  • 1 lbs Belgian Wheat Malt

    Belgian Wheat Malt

    Malted wheat for use in Wheat beers.

  • 3/8 lbs Belgian Caramunich

    Belgian Caramunich

    Caramel, full flavor, copper color. For Belgian ales, German smoked and bocks.

  • 1/4 lbs Belgian Biscuit

    Belgian Biscuit

    Warm baked biscuit flavor and aroma. Increases body. Use in Belgian beers.

  • 1/2 lbs Candi Sugar Dark

    Candi Sugar Dark

    Smooth taste, good head retention, sweet aroma and high gravity without being apparent. Use in Belgian and holiday ales. Use clear for tripels, amber for dubbels, and dark is used in brown beer and strong golden ales.

  • 1 1/4 oz Saaz - 5.0 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Saaz

    Used for finishing pilseners, continental lagers, and wheats. The aroma is spicy and pleasant with fragrant overtones.

  • 1/4 oz East Kent Goldings - 5.0 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min

    Mild, slightly flowery.

  • 1/4 oz Hallertauer Hersbrucker - 4.5 AA% pellets; boiled 1 min

    Mild to strong. 'Noble'.
