Good American Brown!

I have brewed this again on a ten gallon scale. I took five gallons and added two cups bourbon char. I am going to age both batches for six months to see what effects bourbon barrel aging has on a beer. Sometime after that my club will be brewing a 100 gallon batch to age in real bourbon barrels.
