Discussion
In secondary now

Two weeks of primary. Racked on the 13th day. Little new activity in the secondary. Was 10.9% at transfer. I think it is almost done, will fine today and probably bottle Monday. It actually is all Czech Hops Bittering = Premiant Flavor = Sladek Aroma = Saaz I Typically brew this with Goldings, Hallertau & Saaz Since they were not beertools options, I used replacements with the same alpha acids in my recipe. This is a slight variation of a recipe I have brewed several times before and was pretty much on track when I tasted it at racking. It is always a popular beer and I am brewing it again because of the unrest of the natives since the last batch expired. I actually think this may be an improved hop bill from one which has many devotees among my friends. I am eagar get her in the bottle so I can commence the torture of anticipating the next month or so of maturation.
My spin on this...

I'm making a similar variant of this today... It's in the brewmagic as we speak... Instead of the listed hops, I'm using Amarillo, Goldings and Spalt in similar IBU equivalents. I'll let y'all know how it turns out.
