Notes
mashed in 6.7 gallons @ 135 stabilized 125 for protein rest decocted 3 gallons thick mash heated decoction to 155 and held for 1/2 hour boiled for .5 hour mash temp 118 b4 adding decoction stabilized @ 142? decocted almost twice as much as first pils and still stabilized low decocted 3 more gallons boiled for 30 min stabilized at 158-160 conversion complete at 1 hour sparged with 10 gall 90 min boil O.G. nright on the money
