Notes
Looking for clean slightly skunky flavor, easy on the flavor hops ... Step mash, 122F for 20 min., then 148-150F for 60 minutes ... Sparge with 170F water. We are adding a screen Porch to the house and I need "motivation" to get a crew here to help ... hopefully, this will do it :-) Brewed it 5-20-07, OG 1.048 .75 Oz. Halletaur - 60 minutes .5 Oz. Saaz - 20 minutes .25 Oz. Saaz - 10 minutes .25 Oz. Saaz - 0 minutes Link to my web page http://webpages.charter.net/azoreanbrewer/

If you are looking for a Corona Clone this is it ... I had my wife evaluate it ... she thought it was a little too bitter for a Corona, so I changed the Halletaur from 1.0 Oz. to 3/4 oz. If you are looking for a good summer brew ... HERE IT IS ... try it and post your results here ... Paul, WARNING : THEY GO DOWN TOO EASY ... DO NOT BLAME ME IF YOUR KEG IS EMPTY IN A WEEKEND :-)
